Rates
My private pay fee is $135.00 per 50 minute session or $202.50 per 80 minute session (couple & family sessions).
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
I am currently a provider on Anthem Blue Cross, United Behavioral Health (Optum), Blue Shield, (non Magellan), Carelon, CHAMPVA, Cigna, Concern EAP, and Tricare to name a few. Please check with your insurance provider for authorization.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment (a service fee will be applied to process credit card charges).
Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hour advance notice to cancel an upcoming session. If you fail to do so you will be charged the full cost of the session.
